Overview

The Leadership Communities Platform to Position the Sultanate of Oman Among Developed Nations Through specialized centers for developing leadership, national competencies, and future readiness, and updating operational mechanisms in alignment with Oman Vision 2040.

Target Audience

50 Omani women from the public sector, private sector, and civil society, holding supervisory positions such as (General Managers and their equivalents, Heads of Women’s Associations, and Professional and Charitable Associations).

This will contribute to increasing the participation of Omani women in economic activities and the labor market.

Target Audience and Eligibility Criteria

  • Must be an Omani woman.
  • Must hold a supervisory role in the public or private sector.
  • Experience: Between 10 to 23 years of relevant experience.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
  • Education: At least a bachelor's degree.
  • Personal Attributes: Should possess the personal, intellectual, and behavioral traits required for active participation in the initiative and adherence to its requirements.
  • Position: Must hold a supervisory role in civil society organizations.
  • Education: At least a diploma in an academic field.
  • Personal Attributes: Should possess the personal, intellectual, and behavioral traits required for active participation in the initiative and adherence to its requirements.

Application for the Program

Phase One: Nomination Based on Specific Criteria

Official letters will be sent to the heads of units in the public sector, private sector, and civil society, represented by the Ministry of Social Development, to nominate candidates based on the criteria mentioned above.

 

Phase Two: Personal and Online Assessment

Candidates will undergo a comprehensive assessment process to select 50 participants to join the initiative.
