Tasmu Initiative for Developing Leadership Capabilities of Omani Women

Overview

The Leadership Communities Platform to Position the Sultanate of Oman Among Developed Nations Through specialized centers for developing leadership, national competencies, and future readiness, and updating operational mechanisms in alignment with Oman Vision 2040.

Target Audience

50 Omani women from the public sector, private sector, and civil society, holding supervisory positions such as (General Managers and their equivalents, Heads of Women’s Associations, and Professional and Charitable Associations).

Target Audience and Eligibility Criteria

Application for the Program

Phase One: Nomination Based on Specific Criteria

Official letters will be sent to the heads of units in the public sector, private sector, and civil society, represented by the Ministry of Social Development, to nominate candidates based on the criteria mentioned above.

 

Phase Two: Personal and Online Assessment

Candidates will undergo a comprehensive assessment process to select 50 participants to join the initiative.
