The National Leadership Development and Future Foresight Program

Overview

The National Program for Leadership Development and Future Foresight aims to develop leadership skills among middle management positions within government units in alignment with Oman Vision 2040, and to prepare them for the rapid changes occurring worldwide. The program is designed in partnership with the Ministry of Finance (Development Partnership Program) and in collaboration with the Eller Executive Education Center at the University of Arizona, which is ranked seventh in the United States for executive education programs and is one of the leading global institutions in providing organizational development solutions.

Target Audience

30 participants from positions such as Assistant General Manager, Department Manager, Assistant Department Manager, and those in similar roles within government units.

5 educational units

Over six months, it offers the latest blended learning methods.

Program Advantages

Graduates of the program receive a training certificate from the Eller Executive Education Center at the University of Arizona and the Royal Academy of Management.

The program takes participants on an engaging learning journey for 6 months, during which participants are partially released for a total of 18 days throughout the program.

The program is designed using modern learning methods, including lectures, individual and group coaching sessions, performance accelerator labs, and practical projects.

During the learning journey, participants explore global developments in areas such as systematic organizational thinking, social intelligence, self-awareness development, change leadership, innovation, critical thinking, and strategic thinking.
