"Ilmam" Program for Training New Employees in the Public Sector

Overview

In line with the goals of sustainable development through the enhancement of local competencies, the "Ilmam" program aims to qualify new employees in the government sector. The goal is to empower and strengthen the new Omani competencies in the job market by providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve effectiveness and contribute to development with efficiency and productivity within the administrative units of the state.

 Target Audience

200 new employees from public sector institutions – with up to one year of practical experience or less.

Program Vision

Developing and qualifying new employees in the public sector to enhance productivity and improve the efficiency of the state’s administrative apparatus.

Contributing to raising awareness among new public sector employees about work ethics and fundamentals.
