The Royal Academy of Management, committed to empowering national leaders at various levels, has launched the Future Leaders Program. This program aims to develop future leaders by creating a learning environment that fosters talent growth in both the public and private sectors. It focuses on enhancing leadership skills and strengthening second-tier leadership. The program will include 50 participants with a minimum of three years of practical experience and an age limit of 34 years. This includes employees from small and medium-sized enterprises, startups, and freelancers.
