Guided by high-level directives on developing leadership in both the public and private sectors to enhance the efficiency of the state administrative apparatus and update operational mechanisms in alignment with the requirements and goals of Oman Vision 2040, the Leadership Development Center at the Royal Academy of Management focuses on developing national leaders across various administrative levels in both government and private sectors. The center targets senior and executive leaders responsible for formulating and implementing strategies and projects related to Oman Vision 2040. It also addresses leadership at multiple levels, including board chairs, CEOs, and future leaders in both sectors. The center offers a diverse range of initiatives and programs to enhance institutional leadership towards competitiveness and global standards, in collaboration with a broad network of specialized academic institutions and local, regional, and global knowledge centers. Additionally, the center emphasizes building an integrated community of leaders from both sectors, enabling them to work in harmony to achieve shared objectives.
